Philanthropy Assistants (2)
beat365手机APP is seeking a full- and a part-time Philanthropy Assistant with a minimum of one year's experience in customer service and handling confidential/financial information to help support the fundraising activities of a regional organization focused on native plant conservation, 园艺, 和教育. These positions are based at our headquarters at 林中花园 in 弗雷明汉, MA.

Duties are diverse and include written, 口头, and electronic communication with members and donors, processing of contributions and membership dues, entry of new constituent records into an Altru (Blackbaud) database, updating existing records, creating queries and running lists, and producing mailings as well as timely and accurate acknowledgement letters and reports. Philanthropy Assistants are pro-active in renewing and recruiting members and donors. They work with the Philanthropy team, other beat365手机APP colleagues and volunteers, and external advisors to grow the fundraising program while ensuring a consistently high level of member and donor satisfaction.
Philanthropy Assistants also help plan and deliver an extensive range of member and donor benefits through a year-round calendar of events and activities across New England. 这样做, they may work on projects with internal marketing colleagues as well as external vendors to create event invitations and other materials and to ensure production and mailing schedules are met.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is required. Familiarity with a fundraising database is preferred. Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner are essential. The position requires thorough attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy office.

Annual Conservation 实习
Our Conservation department offers three, full-time internship positions, two for 25 weeks each and one for 13 weeks. The application deadline for all conservation internships is January 31 of the current year. The 2021 internships have been filled. We will post detailed descriptions of 2022 positions and application instructions in December 2021.

2022 Annual Native Plant 园艺 实习
Our 园艺 department offers three, full-time, six-month internships at our two locations. Applications are due in February for internships at 林中花园 and in January for the internship at Nasami农场 nursery.
